Announcement: Jeanie Neal summer and fall lessons
“Do not be too timid and squeamish about your actions. All life is an experiment. The more experiments you make the better. What if they are a little coarse and you may get your coat soiled or torn? What if you do fail, and get fairly rolled in the dirt once or twice? Up again, you shall never be so afraid of a tumble.”
— RALPH WALDO EMERSON
I will be spending my first-ever summer away from the swimming pool. It’s time for a little adventure. This summer, I will be working a temporary office job at Musher Jeff King’s Husky Homestead just outside Denali National Park in Alaska. I will be back in the fall to continue with my Face-Up First® lessons at Omaha Home for Boys. In the coming weeks, I will be posting some lesson alternatives for this summer. Please stay tuned and keep checking back for additional information. Registration for my fall lessons back at OHB will open in April at a discounted tuition rate.
This is a big leap for me, and I’m taking a bit of a risk. I’m excited for this summer of dogs and adventure in Alaska; and hope that everyone will return for more good times in the pool with me in the fall. If you have any questions about summer swimming, fall swimming, Alaska, or about Husky Homestead, please feel free to contact me via email or use this contact Jeanie Neal form.
